قانون مالیات مناطق آزاد غیرقانونی و غیرشرعی است و باید اصلاح شود.
🔸مشاور رییس جمهور و دبیر عالی شورای مناطق آزاد و ویژه اقتصادی کشور قانون مالیاتی مناطق آزاد را یک اشتباه فاحش دانست و تاکید کرد: این قانون باید اصلاح شود و تلاش خواهیم کرد تا پایان سال آن را لغو کنیم.
🔸سعید محمد اظهار داشت: قانون مالیاتی مناطق آزاد اشتباهی بود که در بودجه ۱۴۰۰ و در کمیسیون تلفیق مجلس اتفاق افتاد. هنگامی که قولی به فعال اقتصادی داده می شود که طبق آن ۲۰ سال معاف از مالیات هستند نمی‌توان به دفعات این قانون را نقض کرد.
🔸وی ادامه داد: این تعهد آسیب جدی به فعالان اقتصادی وارد میکند و کار غیرقانونی و غیرشرعی نیز بشمار میرود. ما نیز بطور جدی پیگیر این مسایل هستیم و تا پایان امسال این قانون را لغو خواهد شد.
